Im trying to find someone that has had ADR more than two years ago. I would like to know if any complications to date and how they feel as far as mobility.

Laura's had hers for about seven for L5S1, 4 for C56 and 1 1/2 for c45, assuming my memory is correct.
She's been reasonably well for complications. Pretty much the only thing was that the ADR didn't make her perfect. She still fights with too much mobility and residual pain but that pain is to the point where prolotherapy every few months and heating pads deal with it. I don't think she's needed pain meds for over a year, independent of the pain from prolotherapy sessions. Don't take her as representative of the population, though. Her cervical ADRs were done very early so a complete recovery was a great deal more likely when compared with someone who dealt with pain for years prior to their ADR.

I am seven years post op, but had some tricky, devastating post-op complications - hospital acquired pneumonia which went untreated & undiagnosed. Despite these challenges, I figured it out and my spine is great; I am pain-free.
