Three or Four Level Disc Replacement

Has anyone here ever gotten their insurance companies to pay for a three or four level disc replacement in the United States? If so how did you do it?

I don't think you can even get a thoracic ADR. The anterior approach is obscured by ribs, sternum, etc. in the way, and at the moment, C6-C7 seems to be as low as anyone will go.

The T-spine is pretty well braced with ribs and each segment has very little motion, so there's not much reason not to have a fusion there.

Oh wow! I didn't know that! Thank you for the heads up!

Do you know what they WOULD do to that level?
