Yes, I knwo of one person who was approved multi level ADR, and I sent my multi level ADR appeal into Aetna 3 weeks ago, waiting to hear back now.

The more I research the various discs, the more I believe that they all are good. I think that our spine is not really sensitive to different types of discs and really just needs "something" to fill...
