3 diskectomies at L4-L5 - 2002, 2012, 2013
Cervical symptoms started spring 2013. MRI shows spinal cord compression at C6-C7 due to large central disk extrusion causing severe spinal stenosis.
ADR scheduled for Dec 17 2013
