Default Not just tennis elbow

Hi everyone - another newbie here. Just a couple of weeks ago I decided to see an orthopedist because along with r elbow pain I was experiencing some bilateral arm numbness when sleeping. After looking at x-rays an MRI was ordered. The MRI showed significant DDD of Cervical 5/6 & 6/7. Have seen a local spine specialist who recommended fusion of both levels. He had a model of a Pro-Disc on the table but when I asked about that he said he'd never get it approved by BCBS. When I said I'd pay for it outright - he looked at me like I was nuts and there was no further conversation. I wasn't concerned as I'd already been doing some research and was pretty certain that I'd be going to Germany for ADR replacement with Dr. Beirstedt. I was hoping to be a candidate for the M6 however, I have kyphosis in lower cervical spine and the doctor believes that the Secure-C would be a better fit in that it will reintroduce lordosis. I am in the process of scheduling the surgery although I do have some questions that I'll ask here and also in the ADR thread.

Does anyone have any experience with the Secure-C?
Will TBI do a double cervical ADR? With a Secure-C?

Thanks for any assistance and the great amount of information that I've already gathered from various threads on this forum.
