In addition to having lost disk height, it looks like your vertebral bone is being to react to the overload. It seems like the bone is denser immediately next to where the disk should be. That's a pretty bad sign showing either very high loads or very long times. I'd say your bones are telling you that you can expect surgery at some point in your future
