Hello all! I'm fairly new to the boards...posted MY STORY on Arthoplasty Central. I'm on Medicare as my primary insurance...do they cover ADR? Had a frustrating go-round with calling medicare this week. Read through the whole booklet first, then called. Was told by one person it was covered...I requested confirmation in writing..well they don't do that. Got switched to a local office. She said I need to give her the ADR surgery claim number; then she can send me the policy in writing, but not a letter. This doesn't seem good enough to me.
