A friend and member I know on here also had ADR by Dr. Clavel and is experiencing pain in the lumbar where he had M6 at L5-S1. PM me and perhaps the both of you can talk. He is a physical therapist and can perhaps share some insight on exercises.

Oct 20, 2014 - ADR (MOBI-C) at C5-7 and Anterior Fusion at L5/S1 by Dr. Pettine and Dr. Techy
