IMAGES MENTIONED BELOW ARE PREFERRED TO BE DONE WITHIN THE PAST YEAR.
ANY LONGER PLEASE LET KEN HIEBERT KNOW AND HE WILL DISCUSS POSSIBILITIES WITH YOU.
1. MRI of Lumbar or Cervical
(Preferred on CD/DVD. But MRI images on films will be accepted)
2. X-Rays needed are: A/P, Lateral, Extension & Flexion.
(These are also preferred on CD/DVD, but films will be also accepted if CD/DVD is not available)
