Adr Cost with Dr Clavel.. anyone??

HI guys i am planning to do 1level ADR for L4-L5 with Dr Clavel. does anyone had ADR with him recently? how much is the cost for 1 level M6-L ADR with Dr Clavel? will it be cheaper if we go to him directly or through medical agent like healthbase, medicaltourismco etc? medicaltourismco said they didn't mark up the price and sometimes the price even lower than if we go to hospital directly.
