Had a meeting with a lawyer today. Hopefully something good will come out of it. He's going to do a little research and get back to me. In the meantime, I could still use some names and dates of ProDisc ADR surgery with insurance company name that approved it. I know you're out there! I'll only use your info for my appeal process, nothing more. If you're not comfortable giving your name, how about your initials? It's the date and location and ins name that are important.
