I'm preparing my information for the 3rd/final appeal which is the independant/outside review.

Does anyone have some good data and reliable information that shows the success occuring at the TBI, Dr Regan, Dr Yue, etc?

I'm trying to build up information that is offical that shows there is more long term success data than only the two-year FDA study.

I'm trying to refute the claim: '...not adequate peer review data long term...'

Whatever anyone has would no doubt be benefical for all of us going into final appeals. I'm using everything applicable from this forum but feel there must be more official clinical data out there.

No data other than what I can find on a PubMed search at home and photocopy articles. Or maybe Medline (does it exit?) and Current Contents citation databases at Univ. of CO Med. School. The May Doctor-Doctor NYC will have data but I'm not sure long-term.

Wishing you well Brady. - Allan

Brady,
You should bring up the European experience. The Charite has almost a 20 year track record and the Prodisc has a 15 year one. There are a few stats on Spine-health.com (Lumbar ADR article) on the original people who recieved the PD in the early 1990's. I just contacted a salesmen for the Charite and is going look for any statistics he may have. I wish you luck and will help in any way I can.
