They gave it a real good go before the State of Connecticut Workers Compensation Commission to get one of Dr. Yues patients 4-level. I still can't figure out all this legal stuff so you should read it yourself. 4 level Pro Disc Denial (http://www.paybilly.com/Jolicoeur%20v_%20Duncklee,%20Inc_%20et%20al%20WC%2 0Review%204-level%20Prodisc.htm)It looks like they wouldn't have even authorized a 4 level fusion. No where in here does is say what the claiment is suppose to do now. I have met with the Plaintiffs' attorney and believe him to be an ADR advocate, even though he didn't think much of me. I am sure he gave it a good try.

Bill, thanks for sharing this. It's interesting for several reasons. But to your point -- what the heck is the patient doing now?! http://adrsupport.org/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif

Give us an update on another bat channel on YOU. I hope you are well.
