Ho, Boy!
It wasn't so rough, the injection itself. What I'm experiencing now, though....I don't think it's a steroid flare - I've had those before. Just want to know if it's normal - can't stand up straight cuz when I do the pain is excruciating down my leg. Oh, yeah - he definately got the spot! Made sure of that before he injected it. So, I'm thinking that he just pissed off the nerve more than usual? Oh, also after the injection, I went to get off the table and my leg just gave out. Literally. There for about 15 minutes I had no feeling at all and didn't realize how much it hurt till it didn't! Just wondering. What's everyone else's experiences? Thanks! |
Good gosh J...what an experience! I am glad you survived?! http://adrsupport.org/groupee_common...s/icon_eek.gif
I've not gone through what you and others have endured, but invite others to comment. Hang tough, hope you feel better. |
Hi gbr,
I didn't have a nerve block, but I have had my leg just give way beneath me. How is your appeal going? What is the timeframe? Keep us posted. |
I only had pain during the shot. You could've heard me 3000 miles away.
Have you spoken to the dr about it? Sounds like you should. |
