I tripped across this book on Amazon, which seemed mildly interesting. It wasn't until I got to the descriptive reviews that I was captivated; now I'll probably buy the book. Has anyone read this? Perhaps many would benefit by reading it -- if the readers' reviews are any indication of helpfulness...

I hacen't read that one, but I read this book on the mechanics of proper walking and it was helpful. Seem like it probably has similar topics to the above book. Doesn't solve a bad back but does reduce pain somewhat.

Stop Sciatica Now by Pamela Kihm (available from Health Enhancement Resources 400 Main St, 5D, Evanston IL 60202 or http://www.sciatica-home-treatment.com)

This book is by a Feldenkrais trainer and has exercises to help you sense proper mechanics.

My biofeedback therapist helped me with my posture and my gait. To help me to remember to do the things I should he had me wear a vibrating timer that went off every 8 minutes to remind me to breath right, and correct my body mechanics. It was helpful.
