Hello all, one of the things that was in my denial letter was that they want a list of insurance companies that are approving ADR. So anyone that has had it done would you please let me know who your insurance company is. Thanks in advance. Cathy

I was approved by my insurance company Health Comp the authorization company is Universal Health Net. It is a PPO through the School District I work for. UHN is the ones that give the authorization. It is being authorized under Medically Necessary based on diagnosis and information supplied to date.
