parapelvic cysts

Just wondering if anyone has heard of these, or have seen them in a MRI before:

"...Multiple bilateral parapelvic or parapelvic cysts are seen in the kidneys...."

This is from an in-law's recent MRI, he went in to see his doc for back pain.

I have heard of Tarlov cysts but not parapelvic cysts. Both sound terrible and I wouldn't wish them on anyone! :eek2:
