Good point....
To my knowledge, I wasn't taking anything that most here haven't taken in the past: Lyrica: 300mg / day Vicodin: 1000mg+ / day Fluoexetine: 40mg / day Ibuprofen: 1200mg / day David |
Me neither:
I am on long-term Trichor and Zetia for Try-Glycerides and Cholesterol respectively; Lyrica bumped up to 400 Mg per day after surgery and now down to 250 Mg per day and weaning off 50 Mg at a time, 10 Mg Methadone 2 X per day which is an extremely low dose of pain medication. Since surgery I weaned off of the pain medication and now take maybe 1-2 a week or every other week. I am still awaiting the learned medical scholars about my theory about esophageal reflux. Ok that sounds more like a problem with the fascia not responding quickly when you bend down and then straighten up. Myofascial release is usually very good for that type thing. See if there is a massage therapist or body worker around who works with the myofascia and that might help you out.
