Coming up quick: August 17th in Munich with Dr. Zeegers. It will be 2 level ADR (L4/L5, L5/S1) using the Activ-L. Although its kinda scary, I'm looking forward to it.

Anyone that has been at the AK recently and would like to comment, please do. We are staying at the Arabella Bogenhausen for 2 weeks post surgery. Looking for a list of things to do the last week assuming I am somewhat mobile.
