I'm not quite sure exactly how to use this forum. Should I go to the main page of the Big Bucket and respond using the "new" tab to make comments, and/or ask questions, or should I just hit the "reply" button at the bottom of the page when I read an entry? Since I found this forum I have pretty much only done the latter. However, I am now wondering if this is limiting the exposure of my questions, comments...
I have asked numerous question, many of which have been answered (thanks again), but some of my specific questions that would only relate to a limited number of you all have not. Could someone give me a little lesson pertaining to this? Also, if it is not too much to ask, could those of you who haven't read my entry from Sept. 21st titled "The hopeful new ADR girl in town" to see if you can give me your advice on how to proceed, especially having to do with work comp and the Maverick/Keflex?

Thanks so much
Cathy

Can I first suggest you try the Tools - Help tab at the top?

That being said, if you have a new topic, then I use New - Discussion in whatever forum I happen to be in.

Hi Cat,
just have a look round for the moment generally but one of the big recommendations that I would make to you to resolve most of the questions that you have is to look in the FAQs. There's at least four years of knowledge and experience from other ADR patients and patients with spinal problems in there.
Best,

Cat, I am happy to help. I can provide some "one on one" training. Just email or PM your contact info to me and we can schedule an overview of the application.

Whatever questions are not addressed by discussions, we can try to get answered for you.

Thanks Guys. Hey Harrison, I'm going to have to apologize for my ignorance of this forum, and actually computers in general. Believe it or not, I am new to both. Welcome to the 21st century, right?
I am not sure what you mean by "email or PM my contact information" to you. What does the acronym PM stand for, and by saying "contact info" do you mean my email address?
Once again, I thank everyone for all of your responses.

Cathy

Cat,

My email is in my signature. PM stands for private message, another way of communicating. So, I'll send you a "PM" and wait for your email too. Look for the private message in the blue tabs.

Bottom line: I'm happy to help you get up to speed quickly, as there are many info resources herein. More importantly, you can connect with some really good spine patients who can help you get the information you need to continue on your path -- hopefully to wellness.
