Update - Third Appeal Tricare

Thanks to everyone on this website for helping me as I fought Tricare. Today I received a fed ex package from KePro an outside agency that makes decisions for folks who have been denied by Tricare two times. I received great news that they reversed Tricare's decision and I am now approved for three artificial disc. KePro stated that ADR is not experimental. I am so happy I am still in shock. Thanks to everyone who helped me.

Thank you. After 5 long months of fighting I can't believe I can focus on getting the surgery and making preparations for it.
