Hello Harrison
As far as the old hematoma it probably happened when I either tried to throw up one time a day or two after the surgery or when a cough caught me no paying attention a day or two later. Both of these events made me feel like my stomach was going to lay out on the floor. But I guess it must be getting better because the swelling is coming down I will let you know latter today after I see the general surgeon. Thanks Jeff |
Ok back from the general surgeon.
She said it all looks good have a dime sized seroma that is starting to absorb, no signs of infection. She told me to finish the antibiotics ( 1 week left ) and to call her if it get alien head size again or if I get a fever or pain. So I get the clean bill of health. Thank goodness now let the rest of the healing begin :jacks::jacks: |
Sounds like good news. Bring on the healing! No jumping jacks please...

I think the jumping jacks will have to wait until next year. But the doctor did say I could probly ski next winter but I think I will pass for a few seasons, my snow boarding skills are not what they once were.

Jeff,
Wow! Three weeks post lumbar surgery is about as fast as I've ever heard anyone going back to work. Here's to the continued recovery. Good luck, Jeff |
