If anyone out there has received an approval for ADR through Pacificare, would you mind sharing your approval letter with me?

I am seeing an MD, Dr Regan who apparently has had alot of patients who have been approved by Pacificare. I was denied. I think it would help tremendously in my appeal, to have an anonomous approval letter for it's content. Please email me at mary@becketts.ws
