the smelly truth
I took some valerian root, passion flower and magnesium today. The valerian root smell like stinky feet but I got some good relief for several hours! See a post by Cynlite, she has some great suggestion!

Yay! So happy it's helping. Valerian is a must have for every home even if it is stinky LOL.
Here's another suggestion. You'll find it recommended by Harrison and others here on the Board for post surgery. I bought a few bottles. I'm not sure how well it works on me but, others have said it works for them. It's inexpensive so worth a shot. It's a homeopathic.
