hey everyone-
My name is Mackenzie and I am a successful Prodisc 2 level below a fusion this past Aug. 2005. I am surrently trying to get my insurance company to cover my operation, and as we all know this is a complete joke. But I was wondering, I have found 2 other people, if there were any others that have had the ADR surgery covered by their insurance? Any insurance company? I would love to have this info to arm myself with when confronting my insurance company. I am especially interested in anyone that has had coverage from California Blur Cross or Health Net? Please let share your story with me when you can. And if you know anybody, please have them email me too-this is really important. I am trying to get insurance companies to start covering this and any story will help! Thanks
Mackenzie

Hi Mackenzie,

There's lots of insurance stuff on this site and if you type is in a search, you'll be overwhelmed. Aetna covers ADRs and some people win appeals. I have BC of CA and I'm not too optimisic about them. Maybe there's hope w/Health Net and someone here can help.

Hope you're feeling well. Best, Allan

Mac, all the insurance-related topics are in this forum -- the Big Bucket. You can search by key word, or manually scrolling page by page.
