Zorro, don't mean to hijack your topic.....but it is insurance related. Has anyone compiled a list of people here who were covered for their ADR and the names of their insurance companies, and the dates of their surgeries?

If you have had your ADR covered, would you be willing to email me @ homeyclp@hotmail.com or PM me with your name, surgeon name, date of surgery, and insurance provider? I will attempt to get a list together for all of us to utilize.

How is your list coming along. I noticed a list of "Positve Coverage Decisions" on the Charite disc website that provides some useful information but not patient names or doctors names. Here is the list. Looks like they update it monthly.

stuschulz, I am still working on it. I have a few folks that should know anytime about their appeals, so am waiting for them...don't want to jinx any good decision going there way! But it is coming along, and hopefully once it is up, people can add to it when they get an approval for coverage. Sorry it is taking a while. It's a tad cumbersome.
