Diet and Arthritis (Sean)

A while back in a post to Ceejay, Sean offered some interesting insights about diet-- eating healthy is really important for everyone’s health indeed. His point was about body pH and how this "balance" can even help with arthritic conditions.

Recently, I found this article about “an apple a day” and how simply dietary changes can improve GI tract pH and its health, which is paramount to immunity and good bone growth.

So, Mr. Surfer Dude…a few questions for you:

- Are you measuring your body pH with test strips?
- Are you in to juicing? I was a while back, but need to get back into it.

For many, the body pH thing is still too unproven. But I think systemically, so it’s second nature to me. ;)

Note: If you have not read the Question & Answer on arthritis, please do! It's fascinating and found in the Cutting Edge forum.
