DDP has been doing a lot to help former wrestles and athletes that were injured. He has even let them live with him and works with them. Glad he has made this yoga series available to the public.

After watching this guys results I think I am going to look in to it. I am have to wait to have surgery until I get enough weight off and with basically only being able to diet it takes forever and moves very little.
