Cortisone flare

I have very severe increased pain for 24hrs after cortisone shots.... Far worse than dental pain (I get some things done without freezing). It's so awful. I am dreading another shot for bursitis......

It is my understanding that "midline" issues are harder to heal and more likely to reoccur. If I were you, I'd ask more about the midline findings on your MRI
