Default Single level Lumbar cost estimates

Hey gene,

My estimates are for a single level lumbar. For me its a moot point because I finally won my insurance appeal. So to me, it's a no brainer seeing that the doctor's are relatively equal. From what I see, Dr. Clavel is also an excellent doctor but has done over 500 ADRs... so assembly line also?????

My concern is aftercare, especially with an anterior approach.

ADR insurance appeal won in 2013, delayed surgery
2016 pain is now affecting quality of life. Contemplating ADR surgery again.

2016 delayed surgery again due to successful pain management with meds.
