Conflicting Opinions on ADR
I have a fusion at L5/S1 - three years ago. I have two sets of opinions.
1. One US doctor and one german doc say ADR at l4/5.
2. One US doctor (who did my original surgery) and one Spanish doc say fuse l4/5 and ADR at l3/4, which is also degenerated. US doc says fusion at l4/5 because some arthritis and spanish doctor says screws at l4/5 may get in the way and cause facet issues.
Any opinions?
