Bone on bone is not ADR contraindicative. Facet arthrosis however is, I would assume beyond Modic 2.
I was L5/S1 bone on bone but fused for other reasons. But my other two levels above were both touching bone on the posterior edge. Two M6s later...

Weightlifter since 12 years old, now mid-40's and figuring out this wasn't such a good idea.

Surgery performed July 9th, 2014, Dr Clavel, hybrid three level lumbar.
