YES!
Statistically, the best way to have a lousy result is to use a lousy surgeon. Second best is for your (moderate to good) surgeon to screw up during the surgery. The first is less extreme now that the average patient has many more surgeons to choose from but my advice would be to find a surgeon that you trust, and can afford, first then decide if you like the ADR he/she is offering.
