Best case I know is RickH, who flew home from Munich on day 8 and returned to work on day 10.
Don't expect best case... that is not the norm. If you have a slow recovery... anything is possible.
If you have a good recovery, 3-4 weeks to a sedentary job... especially part time is certainly doable. You are a good candidate going to one of the top ADR docs in the country... I hope to hear wonderful things about your recovery.
