I went to the health club yesterday and performed the "accidental chiropractor." I was relaxing my back while carefully balancing on a physio ball, adjusted my head towards my chest -- and c-c-c-rack (that's three) pops I heard and felt. And I feel better - what a scary thought!
Go figure.
