Hi Ray,
Forgive my cynicism, but I wonder if you would have healed up equally as quickly on your previous surgery if you had not taken all those supplements and stuff?

It's a completely different ball game here, with spinal surgery being "very major surgery".

You will have seen me quoted many times are saying Slow and Steady Wins This Race

In my a not inconsiderable experience, you will be lucky to be back to work and fairly fit at six months (no handsprings or cartwheels thank you) at 12 months hopefully you should be "fighting fit again".

This also depends on your occupation.

I wish you well with your surgery, and with a good recovery.
