I have read previous info. on abdominal adhesions following ADR. My doctor sent me to a gastroenterologist who poked around my abdomen and basically gave me a prescription for lactulose. He was in a hurry and rushed through everything. I eat very little and when I do I get a very full pressure feeling in my abdomen around the incision site, frequent urination, and some constipation. He blocked out everything but constipation and gave me the prescription. I brought up adhesion and he laughed it off saying I would be in severe pain and vomiting. That is not what I've read online so what I was wondering is....are there any tests (ie. CT scan, ultrasound) that will show adhesion or can it only be found through laproscopy? Anyone know? Thanks.
