I just wanted to say that you are awesome! Your support on this forum is not overlooked--keep up the good work.
Congrats on the weight loss--I know how hard it can be. I lost 70 pounds with hard work and diet after my first spine surgery at the age of 17. I have kept it off, as I had to overhaul my lifestyle.
I am rooting for you Allan!
