Default Negligence should not be rewarded

Wow what a nasty situation. Glad that you have gotten some physical relief.

I don't believe in frivolous lawsuits, but if your lawyer can prove negligence, go for it. Be it the doctor or the manufacturer, you wouldn't want someone else to suffer for something that you could have prevented.

Try to put this in the back of your mind and have a wonderful Christmas and a healthy New Year.
