I actualy came across a great webb site for anyone that would like to view the entire ADR process being performed. You can watch the entire surgery from start to finish on your computer with step by step naration. I have watched it several times & there is nothing that could be more informing. It is performed by Dr Fabien at the The Spine Institute at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York.
