I notice that you have lumbar facet issues and have trouble sitting for long periods at the moment. I too have been diagnosed with degenerated lumbar facets, L5S1 and find it hard to sit for more than an hour without throbbing, I am going to find out about facet injections. Have you considered the de-nervation route some other mebers talk about? Maz
