Default Need help and advice....UK patient

Hi,

I am currently at UK. From the last week of August I have severe left side pain (from Shoulder blade to left hand fingers) along with neck pain. I had a MRI in the middle of Sep, where C6-C7 cervical disc herniation is identified. The MRI Finding is attached herewith. I can share the MRI image if you ask. I have vistited two doctors

Doctor1, spine surgeon :- Have suggested ADR which would relieve me of pain immediately or take rest for two months, the pain might disappear. He said as per MRI scan this is the best he can suggest. Two months is almost passed ( considering the pain started from Aug end)

Doctor2, spine surgeon:- Have asked to go for nerve root compression, which I have done on 17/10/2012. He said to avoid surgery as Fusion and disectomy are risky and only for pain this should be avoided. About ADR he is not sure. Still no improvement on pain since the injection.

So I don't know what should I do now. I have two Doctors name Sashin Ahuja and james Allibone. They seems to be very good. Any feedback or can someone recommend the best surgeon on UK where I can get an honest opinion and recommendation.

Thanks
Camus
