how did my back happen?
lifting heavy particle board panels running a computerized machining center in a cabinet shop, bad ergonomics mostly, cheap boss too.  ! fortunately my pain is still somewhat mangeable with epidurals, occasional flexiril and occasional ibuprofin, but less and less so.
