This is what he did to my L4/3 as I wanted to preserve the joint with an ADR (for the natural disc above too) so this is a 'ball joint' so to speak that will allow the joint to move but not the vertebrate to slide forward. He's only done about 300 of these and claims no revisions to date. X-rays here:

Not on the mountain bike yet.....over 2 months away yet. Walking lots and bought some rubber bands (whole basement full of weights but that's a no no at this point)
