Lyrica is being used by surgeons and pain management specialists here too for nerve pain as on off label use. My local OSS gave me this back in the spring before my fusion for my sciatic pain.
It did help to some extent but it also has side effects like severe bloating and weight gain in some patients, I had problems with the bloating and increasing appetite and had to stop using it.
However I do know others who have had good results with Lyrica that have not had the same results with Neurontin or Keppra
