Thanks all. Hooch - can you elaborate a little bit on why you feel ADR is not ok based on this image? You mention facets being shot - can you see something in the image that points to that? I don't know what bad facets look like - it would be great to be able to know what that looks like.

2008-Today - injections, pain medicine, physical therapy, naturopathic meds, spine stimulator, traction - nothing works
Today - considering ADR surgery w/ Dr. Delamarter scheduled for 2/21/2011
