I have found exactly one (out of about ten seen) deep tissue massage therapists that work for stuff like this. I don't know where you could find it there, but it involves putting pressure into in the problem area for several minutes. This is quite painful at first but works wonders. Somehow the muscle releases after this pressure is applied. This is only done by a handful of "certified" therapists here in Arizona.
