History:
Low back pain onset in 2010 (no specific incident)
Laminectomy/discectomy L4/L5 and L5/S1 in 2011 with some relief
Spinal cord stimulator implant (Nevro) in 2016 with no relief
Pain got much worse in 2021 (no specific incident)
Laminectomy/discectomy L4/L5 in 2021 with some relief
Spinal cord stimulator new implant (Boston Scientific) with some relief
