Hello. I am currently in the process of creating a third appeal to CIGNA for an L5-S1 ADR for my wife. Like most of the rest of you, her claim was denied due to expirmental/unproven. I was wondering if any of you that have had the procedure done would be willing to fax me any documentation that your insurance company sent to you saying that they would approve the procedure? I would greatly appreciate any help and you sould feel free to block out any personal information (ie account numbers, addresses, etc).
