Hi Patrick,
I live in the FAQ`s you know so have a good idea whats in there - - -lol

I do update anything which is new and correct old addresses or Drs etc. Its quite time consuming so this is why eveyone gets the "Welcome Message" from me and a link to the FAQ`s as the other pages are so "Precious" for new information breaking daily. You are NOT the first by any manner of means to do this so don`t worry. Its a matter of taking your time and looking with care

In and out of vehicles is in Post Op info

In the shower I assume as most showers yours is a Walk in" so must think its to do with the wound -- - - you are given waterproof "Cling Film" like material to cover your dressing and wound whilst under the shower

Getting in and out of bed(for RHS)is roll on your right side use your elbow and make your legs a right angle swing your legs over the side of the bed and you are sitting up, just stand from there. Reverse that for getting into bed

Suggested help for the toilet like raised seat is in Pre-op FAQ`

OK in and out of bed and the shower is not there so maybe just post for the things that are NOT in the FAQ`s - -- -we aim to please
Best
Alastair
